Paid checkout is not open yet: workspaces start on Free, and invited testers may get complimentary access. Plus and Pro show their planned prices. Plans marked coming soon cannot be bought yet. Checkout will show the price, the renewal interval, and how to cancel before you pay.
An invitation does not start a subscription.

Sheets are kept until you delete them, unless you choose an expiry of 1–365 days. At expiry or deletion, access ends and cleanup removes the sheet’s text and replies; stored file copies are removed in the background until both copies are gone. Minimal deletion records remain for cleanup and recovery. If a paid plan lapses, the workspace stays writable for 14 days, then read-only; shared links pause after 44 days, and everything is erased 180 days after paid access ended, with email notices first. Paying again before then restores it.
